老年退行性心瓣膜病超声心动图观察分析

【摘要】 目的分析探讨超声心动图对老年退行性心瓣膜病的诊断价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪观察心脏瓣膜形态、回声、活动状态、瓣口血流情况。结果老年性退行性心瓣膜病主要为瓣膜钙化和增厚,引起功能障碍,导致心脏结构和功能改变。结论超声心动图检查是对老年性退行性瓣膜病早期诊断、治疗有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the effect of utrasonocardiogram on diagnosis of senile degenerative valvular disease (SDVD). Methods: Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus was used to observe the form, echo, activity and blood flow.Results: The valve calci- fication and incrassation of senile degenerative valvular disease result in dysfunction and the changes of cardiac structure and function. Conclusions: The utrasonocardiogram is effective in the early diagnosis and treatment of SDVD.更多还原
