【摘要】 目的探讨我院羊水过少发生率及不良妊娠结局。方法收集我院2004年～2006年468例孕产妇羊水过少资料并进行回顾性统计学分析。结果羊水过少导致胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、脐带异常、剖宫产率、产后出血率明显增加,ρ<0.05。结论加强产前超声诊断技术水平,及时纠正羊水过少,可有效降低围产儿死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the rate of Oligohydramnios and the pregnancy outcomes. Methods Retrospective analysis was done on 468 cases full-term pregnancy with Oligohydramnios from 2004 to 2006.Results In oligohydramnios group the incidence of cloudy amniotic fluid, fetal distress, and emergency section was significantly higher. Conclusions To improve the antenatal sonographic diagnosis technique and treat the Oligohydramnios on time can reduce the perinatal mortality rate更多还原
