【摘要】 [目的]了解山东省2005年传染病疫情网络直报质量,发现问题、总结经验,为进一步提高我省传染病疫情网络直报质量提供科学依据。[方法]使用Excel对2005年山东省报告单位信息和全部传染病报告卡进行分析,对报告单位的类型、报告情况,病例的重复报告、报告审核及时性、完整性进行综合评价。[结果]2005年全省共建立报告单位3 352个,其中2 278个通过系统报告传染病报告卡213 446张。全省传染病报告及时率为84.83%,审核及时率为98.17%,从诊断到审核的平均间隔为0.72 d,重卡率为0.09%,未填写工作单位的传染病报告卡占21.48%。[结论]2005年传染病疫情网络直报工作虽然取得了一定成绩,但在报告单位网络直报率、报告审核及时率、报告卡填写完整率等方面仍需进一步提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the quality of direct reporting of The Infectious Diseases Information Network of Shandong province in 2005,and to provide scientific basis for enhancing the quality of direct reporting in Shandong Province.[Methods]Microsoft Excel was used to analyze the information of reporting units and the infectious diseases information cards.Type of reporting units,reporting situation,repetitious reporting of cases and timeliness and integrality of verification of reports were evaluated in the study.[Results]3 325 reporting units were built in 2005,and 2 278 units of them reported 213 446 infectious diseases information cards through the network.The timely reporting rate of infectious diseases information is 84.83%,and the timely verification rate is 98.17%.The average interval between diagnosis and verification is 0.72 day.The repetitious reporting rate is 0.09%.The proportion of the reporting cards without filling in patient’s work place is 21.48% percent.[Conclusion]Although in 2005 the direct reporting work of The Infectious Diseases Information Network of Shandong Province has got some success,the rate of direct reporting,timely verification and the integrality of filling in the reporting cards need to be improved in future.更多还原
