【摘要】 [目的]分析居民恶性肿瘤死亡资料,为政府和部门抗癌防癌工作决策和评价肿瘤防治效果提供依据。[方法]对永定县疾病监测点1991~2005年居民恶性肿瘤死亡监测资料进行分析。[结果]1991~2005年恶性肿瘤死亡合计1378例,恶性肿瘤年均死亡率为78.53/10万,呈逐年上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),标化死亡率为104.38/10万。居民前4种恶性肿瘤死亡原因是肝癌、肺癌、胃癌和肠癌,其中男性是肝癌、肺癌、胃癌、肠癌,女性是肺癌、肝癌、肠癌、胃癌。去除恶性肿瘤死亡后,全部居民平均期望寿命增加5.61岁,男性增加6.42岁,女性增加4.19岁。[结论]本县居民恶性肿瘤死亡呈逐年上升,恶性肿瘤对本县居民健康与寿命危害严重。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To analyze the death caused by malignant tumor,provide basis for government and related departments to prevent cancer and evaluate the effect of cancer prevention.[Methods]Death caused by malignant tumor in residents from monitoring spots in Yongding county from 1991 to 2005 was analyzed.[Results]1 378 patients died of malignant tumor from 1991 to 2005.The average yearly death rate was 78.53/100 000,it has been increasing year after year.There was a difference (P<0.01).Standardized death rate was 104.38/100 000.The first 4 causes of death were liver cancer, lung cancer,cancer of the stomach and intestinal cancer.While liver cancer,lung cancer,cancer of the stomach and intestinal cancer were the first 4 causes of death for male,lung cancer,liver cancer,intestinal cancer and cancer of the stomach were the first 4causes for female.The average life expectancy of the residents raised by 5.61 years (male 6.42,female 4.19).[Conclusion]Death caused by malignant tumor in the county has been increasing year after year, the residents’ health and life were greatly damaged by the diseases.更多还原
