【摘要】 [目的]了解汕头市食物中毒情况,为食物中毒的预防控制提供依据。[方法]对1996~2005年汕头市食物中毒资料进行分析。[结果]1996~2005年汕头市共发生食物中毒59起,中毒992人,死亡5人。除1996年无食物中毒发生外,1997~2002年每年发生2~4起,2003~2005年每年发生12~18起,近3年来食物中毒发生呈上升趋势。按中毒原因分类,细菌性食物中毒29起,占49.15%;化学性食物中毒24起,占40.68%;有毒动植物性食物中毒6起,占10.17%。按中毒场所分类,集体食堂22起,占37.29%;家庭19起,占32.20%;饮食服务单位11起,占18.64%;个体摊贩5起,占8.47%;其他2起,占3.39%。[结论]汕头市近3年食物中毒的发生呈上升趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand food poisoning incidents,provide scientific bases for prevention and control of the disease.[Methods]Data of food poisoning from 1996 to 2005 were analyzed.[Results]59 food poisoning incidents were reported from 1996 to 2005 in Shantou city.992 people were stricken,5 of them were killed by food poisoning.There was no food poisoning incident in 1996.2-4 food poisoning incidents were reported annually from 1997 to 2002.While 12-18 food poisoning incidents were reported from 2003 to 2005 with more reports in recent 3 years.29 food poisoning incidents were caused by bacteria,accounted for 49.15% of the total.While 24 food poisoning incidents were caused by chemicals,accounted for 40.67% of the total.6 food poisoning incidents were caused by toxic animals and plants,accounted for 10.17% of the total.22 food poisoning incidents occurred in canteens,accounted for 37.29% of the total.19 food poisoning incidents occurred at home,accounted for 32.20% of the total.11 food poisoning incidents occurred in catering units,accounted for 18.64% of the total.5 food poisoning incidents were caused by street peddler food,accounted for 8.47%.2 were by other causes,accounted for 3.39%.[Conclusion]The reported food poisoning incidents are going up in Shantou city in recent 3 years.更多还原
