【摘要】 [目的]了解暗娼人群艾滋病相关知识和危险行为水平,评价中英艾滋病暗娼艾滋病干预措施效果。[方法]在玉溪市红塔区抽取部分暗娼,于2003年实施艾滋病预防措施的健康教育干预,分别于干预前和2004年进行1次艾滋病相关知识知晓情况与危险行为水平调查。[结果]2003年、2004年分别调查366名、374名暗娼,最近1个月商业性行为时坚持使用安全套者所占比例分别为38.25%、77.54%;绝大多数评价指标2004年均好于2003年(P<0.05或<0.01)。[结论]暗娼人群仍然存在艾滋病的危险行为,对暗娼进行的艾滋病干预措施有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand related AIDS knowledge and behavior in unlicensed prostitutes,evaluate the effect of IADS intervention.[Methods]Health education on AIDS prevention was conducted for some unlicensed prostitutes in 2003 in Yuxi city.Investigation was carried out on related AIDS knowledge and dangerous behavior before and after intervention.[Results]Among 366 and 374 unlicensed prostitutes investigated in 2003 and 2004,38.25% and 77.54% of them used condom when they had commercial sex activities in the last one month.The evaluation index in 2004 was higher than that in 2003(P<0.05 or <0.01).[Conclusion]It was effective to conduct AIDS intervention to unlicensed prostitutes but AIDS intervention must be strengthened.更多还原
