【摘要】 [目的]了解临沂市兰山区健康人员麻疹抗体水平。[方法]2005年,在临沂市兰山区随机抽取409名健康人员,检测血清麻疹抗体水平。[结果]检测409人,麻疹IgG抗体阳性率为96.09%,几何平均滴度(GMT)为1∶1 530。抗体阳性率与GMT有随着年龄增长而下降的趋势。[结论]兰山区麻疹抗体水平较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand measles antibody level in Lanshan District Linyin City.[Methods]Samples Were randomly collected from 409 healthy persons in Lanshan and measles antibody level in serum was tested in 2005.[Results]Among all the 409 persons,the positive rate of IgG was 96.09%,GMT was 1∶1 530,it had a trend that the antibody decreased along with the increase of the age.[Conclusion]The level of measles antibody in healthy population of Lanshan district was high.更多还原
