【摘要】 [目的]了解大学生对骨髓捐献的认识程度与态度,探讨造成大学生对捐献骨髓缺乏热情的原因,以便加强对大学生进行有关骨髓捐献科普常识的教育。[方法]2005年,对广州市6所大学的部分学生进行问卷调查。[结果]调查539人,有关骨髓捐献知识的平均得分为(3.90±0.16)分,其中,综合类学生为(4.35±0.35)分,理工类学生为(4.36±0.37)分,外语类学生为(3.40±0.40)分,师范类学生为(3.39±0.40)分,医药类学生为(4.43±0.40)分,艺术类学生为(3.34±0.40)分(P<0.01)。对调查的9个问题的知晓率为30.1%-67.0%;仅有6.4%的学生表示如果学校里有机会会捐献骨髓;实际参加过骨髓捐献的只有7人。[结论]大学生对骨髓捐献的认识程度有待提高,态度有待改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the situation of knowledge and attitude to marrow donation,discuss the reasons that undergraduates are lack of passion for marrow donation,speed up the process of scientific knowledge education about marrow donation to the undergraduates.[Methods]A questionnaire was used in a portion of undergraduates from 6 universities in Guangzhou in 2005.[Results]In 539 undergraduates investigated,the average score of marrow donation knowledge is(3.90±0.16),undergraduates from comprehensive departments(4.35±0.35),from science and engineering departments(4.36±0.37),from foreign language departments(3.40±0.40),undergraduates from normal departments(3.39±0.40),from medical departments(4.43±0.40),and from art departments(3.34±0.40)(P<0.01).The understanding rate to the 9 questions is between 30.1% to 67.0%;6.4% of the undergraduates show that they will act if there’s an opportunity in school;only 7 undergraduates did donate marrow.[Conclusion]The understanding to marrow donation must be improved and attitude should be changed.更多还原
