【摘要】 [目的]进一步探讨电焊作业对工人心血管系统的影响。[方法]对观察组电焊作业工人310名和对照组未接触电焊作业人员300名进行心电图检查并分析。[结果]观察组心电图异常情况高于对照组,观察组310名工人心电图异常者125人,异常率40.32%;心电图表现以心肌劳累、窦性心动过缓和窦性心律不齐改变为主,工龄长者心电图异常率高。对照组300名心电图异常者54人,异常率18.00%(P<0.01)。[结论]电焊作业对工人心血管系统有一定影响,所以电焊作业工人应加强个人防护,定期体检非常必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the influence to welder’s cardiovascular system in the work environment.[Methods]310 welder’s electrocardiogram was compared with 300 workers’ electrocardiogram in control group.[Results]The number of abnormal electrocardiogram in welder group was more than that in control group.Among 310 welders,125 welders’ electrocardiograms were abnormal,accounting for 40.32%.The main symptoms were involvement of myocardium,sinus bradycardia and sinus irregularity.The elder,the more abnormal electrocardiogram.Of 300 workers in control group,54 of them had abnormal electrocardiogram,accounting for 18.00%(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The welders’ cardiovascular systems were damaged in the working condition.Welders must pay more attention to protect themselves and regular physical examination should be carried out.更多还原
