【摘要】 [目的]了解洛阳市医院感染发生情况及其影响因素。[方法]对1995~2003年洛阳市城区22家二级综合医院医院感染发生情况进行分析。[结果]1995~2003年合计出院348019人,发生医院感染12742人、13375例次,医院感染发生率为3·66%,例次发生率为3·84%。医院感染率内科最高(4·98%),五官科最低(1·38%);血液和造血系统疾病为8·52%,神经系统和感觉器官疾病为7·87%,恶性肿瘤为7·59%;医院感染发生部位主要是下呼吸道(占0·89%)、胃肠道(占10·89%)、泌尿道(占9·71%)、术后伤口(占9·41%)。[结论]洛阳市城区二级综合医院感染率较低,不同科室、不同基础疾病的患者感染率有所不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the situation of hospital infection and its risk factors in Luoyang.[Methods]To analyze the data of hospital infection from 1995 to 2003 in 22 second level comprehensive hospitals at urban area in Luoyang.[Results]348 019 patients discharged from hospitals from 1995 to 2003,13 375 hospital infection cases happened on 12 742 persons.The incidence rate of hospital infection was 3.66%,the incidence rate of cases was 3.84%.The incidence rate of medicine department was the highest(4.98%),that of department of otolaryngology was the lowest(1.38%).The incidence rate of blood system diseases was 8.52%,of nervous system diseases was 7.87%,of malignant tumor was 7.59%.The main position of human body which had hospital infection easily was lower respiratory tract (50.89%), gastrointestinal tract (10.89%), urinary road (representing 9.71%),and wound after operation (9.41%).[Conclusion]The incidence rate of hospital infection in second level comprehensive hospitals was lower,different departments and diseases had different incidence rate of infection.更多还原
