【摘要】 目的分析江门市各级医院近4年11例医疗事故的构成因素,提出针对性的医疗安全预防措施。方法评估与分析11例医疗事故,用自制表格归纳整理数据,并根据医疗事故构成原因,涉案科室计算各自的发生率。结果医疗事故主要发生在二级医院以及手术科室;医疗事故原因有技术、管理、沟通因素;医疗事故大多数都涉及2个科室及以上。结论建立医护质检安全系统和风险管理机制,加强医护人员法制法规教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the 11 medical accidents during the last 4 years and find out the factors.Method Evaluate and analyze the 11 medical accidents and assort the data by self-made form.The occurrence rate of the departments was calculated individually according to the reasons of medical accidents.Results Medical accidents mainly occured in the 2nd –level hospitals and operation departments;the factors leading to medical accidents included technical,managerial and communicational factors.Conclusion The hospitals should establish a quality management system for medical treatments and nursing and a risk management mechanism,and strengthen the education of legal system and rules of law for medical staff.更多还原
