【摘要】 目的:采用RP-HPLC法测定四季感冒片中连翘苷含量。方法:色谱条件为:色谱柱:十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶;流动相:乙腈-0.01 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(30∶70);检测波长:277 nm。结果:连翘苷的回收率为99.2%,符合规定要求。结论:该方法灵敏、准确,专属性强,重现性好,可以作为该制剂的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The content of forsythin in Sijiganmao Tablets was determined by RP-HPLC.Methods: The analysis was carried out on a C18 column and with a mobile phase consists of acetonitrile-0.01 mol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution(v∶v,30∶70).The detection wavelength was 277 nm.Results: The average recovery of forsythin was 99.2%.Conclusions: The method is sensitive and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Sijiganmao Tablets.更多还原
