【摘要】 目的:建立以RP-HPLC法测定镇咳合剂中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱Kromasil-C18,流动相为甲醇-0.05 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾(50∶50),检测波长为257 nm,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,柱温为室温。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在100~600μg.mL-1范围内与吸收峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995,n=4),平均加样回收率为101.3%,RSD为1.42%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于镇咳合剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of the contents of ephedrine hydrochloride in Cough Mixture.Methods: A Nova-pak C18 column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-0.05 mol·L-1 KH2PO4(50∶50).The detection wavelength was 257 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was set at room temperature.Results: There was good linearity of ephedrine hydrochloride in the range of 100~600 μg·mL-1(r=0.9995).The average recovery was 101.3%(RSD=1.42%,n=6).Conclusions: The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,which can be used for quality control of Cough Mixture.更多还原
