【摘要】 目的:建立灰毡毛忍冬药材的指纹图谱测定方法。方法:采用Luna C18柱(4.6mm×250mm);甲醇-0.1%磷酸为流动相,采用梯度洗脱;流速1mL.m in-1;检测波长326nm。结果:确定了6个共有峰,建立了灰毡毛忍冬HPLC指纹图谱及技术参数。结论:该方法准确、稳定、可靠,可用于灰毡毛忍冬的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Lonicera macranthoides.Method: The gradient elution was adopted with methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase,the flow rate 1mL·min-1 and deteced at 326nm.Results: The HPLC fingerprint of Lonicera macranthoides was developed.Conclusions: The method is sensitive,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Lonicera macranthoides.更多还原
