【摘要】 目的探讨青春期少女卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转的发病特点、诊断及治疗方法。方法对我院1990年1月至2006年6月收治的70例少女卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转病例进行回顾性分析。结果本组青春期少女卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转发生率为52.24%(70/134)明显高于文献报道;临床表现无特异性;肿瘤类型以生殖细胞来源为主占57.14%(40/70),其中又以畸胎瘤多见占90%(36/40);术前确诊率82.86%(58/70),误诊率17.14%(12/70);56例行患侧附件切除术占80%(56/70),14例行肿瘤剥除术占20%(14/70)。结论青春期少女卵巢肿瘤类型以畸胎瘤多见,又天性好动,故其卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转发生率高。建议对青春期少女进行妇科普查以早发现肿瘤,早治疗,避免并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to evaluate the clinical features diagnosis and treatment methods of pedicle torsion in young girl(less than 20 years old )with ovarian tumor. Methods 70 cases of pedicle torsion in adolescence girl with ovarian tumor were retrospectively studied from January,1990 to June,2006.Results the incidence of pedicle torsion of ovarian tumor in young girl was 52.24% (70/134),no clinical specific presentation; tumors derived from germ cells were57.14% (40/70),of which teratomas were 90% (36/40); 82.86%(58/70)of cases were confirmed with ultrasonography before operation,17.14%(12/70) of cases were misdiagnosed and conformed after operation; resection of adnexal torsion were performed in 56 cases (80%,56/70),14 cases were divested the tumors. Conclusions Teratoma is the most common type in ovarian tumor in adolescence girls,in addition to they are more active,the incidence of pedicle torsion of ovarian tumor is high,It is recommended that screen should be undertaken in adolescence girl to diagnose the tumor and treat as early as possible,refraining from the complications.更多还原
