【摘要】 目的探讨血清CRP在小儿肺炎中的变化及临床意义。方法将住院的95例小儿肺炎患者作为观察组,分别检测肺炎急性期和恢复期血清CRP的值,另将同期门诊体检的健康儿童30例作为对照组行血清CRP检测,并做对比分析。结果观察组中细菌性肺炎组和支原体肺炎组急性期血清CRP水平均明显高于病毒性肺炎组及正常对照组(P<0.01),而病毒性肺炎组与正常对照组差别无显著性意义(P>0.05),细菌性肺炎组CRP水平明显高于支原体肺炎组(P<0.01),急性期CRP水平增高者至恢复期均显著下降,但仍高于正常对照组(P<0.01或0.05)。结论血清CRP水平可作为病毒性肺炎与细菌性肺炎及支原体肺炎鉴别的指标,其中CRP升高程度不同对细菌性肺炎与支原体肺炎的鉴别有意义。动态检测血清CRP水平对于判定抗生素疗效及确定疗程有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the variation of serum CRP level in children with pneumonia and it’s clinical significance. Methods CRP levels were measured in acute phase and recovery phase in children with pneumonia of observational group including 95 in hospitalized pediatric patients. At the same time,the CRP levels were measured in 30 healthy children which was as the control group. The comparisons were done for data of CRP levels between observational group and control group. Results The serum CRP levels in acute phase in children with bacterial pneumonia or mycoplasma pneumonia in observational group were obvious higher than that in children with virus pneumonia in observational group or in healthy children (P<0.01). There was no significant difference of CRP levels between children with virus pneumonia and healthy children (P>0.05).The serum CRP levels in children with bacterial pneumonia were obvious higher than that in children with mycoplasma pneumonia (P<0.01).The CRP levels were decreased obviously in recovery phase in children which had high levels of CRP in acute phase,but it’s still higher than that in healthy children (P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion Serum CRP level should be a diagnosis index in identifying virus pneumonia and bacterial pneumonia or mycoplasma pneumonia. There was significant difference of CRP levels between children with bacterial pneumonia and mycoplasma pneumonia. The developmental tendency of serum CRP level could be a predictor in estimating the curative effect of antibiotics and working out a course of treatment.更多还原
