【摘要】 目的分析其他疾病误诊为急性阑尾炎的原因,提出预防措施。方法回顾性分析44例其他疾病误诊为急性阑尾炎的病例,列举误诊疾病种类,探讨误诊规律。结果误诊患者中女性明显多于男性,前者以妇科疾病为主,占女性患者的3/4以上;后者误诊病种分布较分散。结论准确认识转移性右下腹痛、细心观察腹部体征的变化、合理应用实验室检查、正确掌握手术时机是减少急性阑尾炎误诊的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the reasons of other diseases being misdiagnosed to acute appendicitis,and put forward the preventing methods. Methods 44 cases of other diseases being misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis were reviewed,the kinds of diseases were listed,the rule of misdiagnosis was discussed. Results The female patients were more than the male patients in the misdiagnosed cases,the gynecology diseases were the most in female patients,which account for more than three-quarter. While in male patients,the misdiagnosed diseases distributed much dispersedly. Conclusions To recognize the moving right lower quadrant pain accurately,to examine the abdomen sign carefully,to use assistant examination reasonably,to grasp the operation chance properly is the key to cut down the misdiagnosis rate of acute appendicitis.更多还原
