2%戊二醛喷洒密封消毒阴模对牙科石膏模型精度及硬度的影响
Effect of 2% Glutaraldehyde Solution Spraved to Alginate Impressions on the Dimensional Accuracy and Deformation of Stone Models
【摘要】 目的:测定用2%戊二醛喷雾消毒方法处理阴模后,牙科石膏模型材料的精度及硬度,为临床模型消毒提供参考。方法:在60mm×30mm×30mm体积的不锈钢模块上用藻酸盐印模材料制取阴模60个,分成2组,每组30个。试验组用2%戊二醛均匀喷洒置于密封塑料袋中30min;对照组清水喷雾置于密封塑料袋中30min。用普通石膏灌注,24h后分别测量其表面精度及硬度,用SPSS11.0软件对试验结果进行统计学分析。结果:2组资料精度和硬度差别无显著统计学意义。结论:2%戊二醛喷雾密封消毒操作简便同时减少了戊二醛的用量,可用于印模材料的消毒。
【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the dimensional change and hardness of dental gypsum when the impressions were sprayed with 2% glutaral. Methods:60 alginate impressions with the volume of 60mm×30mm×30mm were divided into 2 groups,30 in each.The experimental group was sprayed with 2% glutaral and sealed in plastic bags for 30 minutes.The control group was sprayed with water and sealed in plastic bags for 30 minutes.Impressions were filled with gypsum.Dimensional change and hardness were determined in 24 hours.Data were analyzed with SPSS 11.0 software.Results: There was no significant dimensional accuracy and deformation difference between two groups.Conclusions: The disinfection method of 2% glutaraldehyde solution spraying is time-saving and economical and can be used in disinfection of dental impression materials.
