【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC法测定头孢克洛胶囊含量。方法:色谱柱:Cosmosil ODSC18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈(90∶10),流速:1 mL/min,检测波长:254 nm,进样量20μL。结果:头孢克洛在0.0564~0.2820 g/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.26%,RSD为0.81%(n=9)。结论:该方法快速、灵敏、准确、可靠,适用于头孢克洛胶囊的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of content of cefaclor capsules.Methods: Cosmosil ODS C18 column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm) and potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-acetonitrile(90∶10) as the mobile phase were used at a flow rate of 1 mL/min,with a detection wavelength of 254 nm and a injection volume of 20μL.Results: The calibration curve was liner in the range of 0.0564-0.2820 g/L,r=0.9998.The average recovery was 99.26%(RSD=0.81%,n=9).Conclusion: The method is rapid,sensitive,accurate,reliable and suitable for determination of content of cefaclor capsules.更多还原
