【Abstract】 It is inevitable that interactivities exist between teaching and learning.To promote the development of interns’ overall quality,we optimize intern’s class,organically combine a variety of interactive teaching methods,such as psychological interactivity,intern-to-intern interactivity and teacher-to-intern.The teaching kinds involve in cultivating interns’ aspects of moral,psychological growth,teamwork,language skills,learning motivation and gaining new insights through reviewing the learned basic theory.更多还原
