【摘要】 随着我国市场经济体制的建立与不断完善,高等医学院校毕业生就业体制的改革也在不断深化。特别是竞争机制引入到毕业生就业领域,“供需见面”、“双向选择”的模式在实践中不断发展、完善。医学专业的毕业生就业难度开始增加,就业形势不容乐观。本文针对我国医学生就业现状、就业中存在的问题、就业问题产生的原因等一些导致新时期我国医学生就业难问题进行分析,并提出对策。更多还原
