【摘要】 目的了解EB病毒VCA-IgA在健康人群中的抗体水平。方法EB病毒VCA-IgA,测定用酶联免疫法。结果显示本市某单位707例健康人群EB病毒VCA-IgA普查,阳性者18例,检出阳性率为2.55%。其中男性12例,占阳性总数的66.67%,女性6例,占阳性总数的33.33%。男女比例为2:1。VCA-IgA抗体阳性数集中在1:20～1:40之间,共有14例,占阳性总数的77.78%,1:160滴度只有1人。符合文献的鼻咽癌发病率男、女性别之比全国平均为1.96:1,南方五省为2.03:1的报道。结论EB病毒VCA-IgA检测对NPC的辅助诊断具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the antibody level of Epstein Barr virus IgA/VCA of health population in Guangzhou.Methods Epstein Barr virus IgA/VCA was detected with ELISA.Results A total of 707 healthy in- dividuals from an institute in Guangzhou were detected for Epstein Barr virus IgA/VCA with ELISA.18 persons were Epstein Barr virus IgA/VCA-antibody positive(2.55%),among them the male was 12(66.67%)and the fe- male was 6(33.33%).The ratio of male and female was 2:1.Most of the antibody level of Epstein Barr virus IgA/ VCA was from 1:20 to 1:40,and the amount was 14(77.78%).Only one person’s antibody level was 1:160.The results were corresponded with the report that in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)patients,the ratio of male and female was 1.96:1 in all the country and 2.03:1 in 5 provinces of south China.Conclusion The detection of IgA/ VCA may have an important value in aiding diagnosis of NPC.更多还原
