【摘要】 目的:了解目前医疗机构肺结核病人报告和转诊工作实施情况及实施中存在问题。方法:采用回顾性调查方法。结果:1.城市和农村地区医疗机构发现肺结核病人的报告和转诊情况有差异,报告情况城市好于农村,转诊情况农村好于城市;2.医疗机构发现肺结核病人的查痰率低仅为13.3%;3.未到结防机构就诊病人的未到位原因主要是报告卡姓名或地址等信息有误和病人住院治疗。4.实施医疗机构肺结核病人报告和转诊措施后,被调查地区结防机构的就诊病人数和发现的活动性肺结核病人数均较去年同期增加;结论:医疗机构在肺结核病人发现工作中起着重要作用,医院做好肺结核病人的报告和转诊,可提高一个地区的肺结核病人发现数量。但是目前此项措施实施中还存在有问题,医疗机构应主动做好肺结核病例的报告和转诊,并做好肺结核病人的宣传,说服病人提供真实信息和主动到当地结防机构就诊;结核病防治机构应做好与医疗机构的沟通和合作,以保证更多的肺结核病人到结防机构接受正规化疗和管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Comprehending the effectiveness and problem of TB case finding, reporting and transferring in general hospital. Method:Retrospective study was used. Result:1. The reporting rate and transferring rate of TB cases in general hospital were different between city and village, reporting rate was better in city and transferring rate was better in village. 2. The rate of TB cases found by general hospital receiving sputum testing was low. 3. The main reason why TB cases did not been traced back were the name or address written on reporting cards being wrong and cases hospitalized. 4. the number of suspects visited TB dispensary and number of TB cases were more than the same time of last year. Conclusion:General hospital was very important in TB case finding. But there are some problems still, general hospital staffs should keep TB cases reporting and transferring well, and persuade TB patients to offer real information and go to TB dispensary seeing doctor. Staffs of TB dispensary keep in touch with general hospital usually, so more TB cases could be registered and given standard treatment by TB dispensary.更多还原
