高效液相色谱等梯度测定食品中柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄
Study on contents of in food by high performance liquid chromatography using gradient elution
【摘要】 目的:建立食品中常用四种合成著色剂的检测新方法;方法:选择适宜的高效液相流动相最佳配比;结果:在流动相为甲醇-0.02mol/L乙酸铵(20/80,v/v);流速:1ml/min;检测器波长:254nm色谱条件下,方法回收率80%-95%;结论:本方法具有设备要求简单、工作效率高等优点。
