【摘要】 笔者以Brown & Levinson的面子理论中的积极礼貌策略和消极礼貌策略来分析中文序言里的礼貌现象。通过分析我们发现,自序作者和他序作者在礼貌策略的使用上存在一定的差异:自序作者可灵活、频繁地在序言中使用积极和消极礼貌策略;而他序作者则偏重于使用积极礼貌策略,很少使用消极礼貌策略。这种差异是由于自序作者和他序作者在序言里要处理不同的人际关系所造成的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on Brown & Levinson ’s Face Theory, this paper analyses politeness phenomenon in Chinese preface by using the positive politeness strategies and negative politeness strategies proposed by Face Theory. It is found that, in preface written by the author and preface written by others, politeness strategies are applied differently: in the former, both positive and negative politeness strategies are used frequently and flexibly; while in the latter, positive politeness strategies are used frequently and negative politeness strategies are seldom used.
