【摘要】 目的探讨小梁切除术和丝裂霉素联合睫状体冷凝术治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床疗效。方法对56例(56眼)新生血管性青光眼采用联合手术并进行分析。结果随访5月~24月,手术成功45眼(80.36%)。眼压从术前59.10mmHg降至22.38mmHg,视力有不同程度的改善。结论应用丝裂霉素的小梁切除术联合睫状体冷凝术治疗新生血管性青光眼是有效可行的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C and cyclocryotherapy for neovascula glaucoma.Methods 56 cases(56 eyes)were treated by trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C and cyclocryotherapy.Results After 5 to 24 months of follow-up,the success rate was 80.21%.The intraocula pressure(IOP) of the patients was reduced from 59.10mmHg to 22.38mmHg.An improvement of visual acuity was achieved in 25% of patients.Conclusion Trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C and cyclocryotherapy is a effective and economic method for the treatment of neovascula glaucoma.更多还原
