【摘要】 目的探讨老年性过熟白内障手法小切口摘出术中连续环形撕囊的效果和优点。方法老年性过熟白内障168例197眼随机分成两组:A组(连续环形撕囊组)83例98眼,B组(开罐式截囊组,对照组)85例99眼。观察两组术中及术后主要并发症的发生情况。结果术中后囊破裂:A组3眼,B组12眼,两组间差异有统计学意义,(χ2=4.52,P<0.05)。术后持续性高眼压:A组5眼,B组14眼,两组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.62,P<0.05)。结论老年性过熟白内障应用手法小切口白内障摘出术,操作简便易学,连续环形撕囊法,并发症少,可作为首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect and advantage of continuous circular capsulorhexis(CCC) on the hypermature stage of senile cataract through manual small incision cataract surgery.Methods 197 eyes of 168 cases of the hypermature stage of senile cataract were divided into two groups: Group A(CCC group) and Group B(can opener capsulotomy group).The rate of primary complications were observed during and after the operation. Results The rate of complications :Posterior capsule rupture were 3 eyes in group A and 12 eyes in group B(x2=4.52,P<0.05);Persistent ocular hypertension were 5 eyes in group A and 14 eyes in group B(x2=4.62,P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions Manual small incision cataract susgery is an effective,simple and easy method to treat the hypermature stage of senile cataract.The rate of complications were less by using CCC,it may be a first choice.更多还原
