【摘要】 目的探讨体外巩膜外冷凝术后对玻璃体腔液中结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)含量的影响。方法取离体牛眼的后段眼球,去除视网膜神经上皮层,保留视网膜色素上皮细胞层,24眼做巩膜外冷凝,对照组不做冷凝,两组眼球玻璃体腔内注满MEM培养液,以双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(Sandwich ELISA)检测两组术后12h、24h、36h、48h玻璃体腔液中CTGF的含量。结果冷凝组与对照组术后同一时间玻璃体腔中CTGF含量有明显差异。同组不同时间相比差异无统计学意义。结论巩膜外冷凝术后可增加玻璃体腔液体中CTGF的含量,可能是引起孔源性视网膜脱离术后增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)的因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of transscleral cryotherapy on the content of connective growth factor(CTGF) in vitreous liquid of bovine eyes in vitro.Methods The anterior segments of 48 bovine eyes were removed with 360° horizontal incision,1 mm posterior to ora serrata,and the neural retinal layer and vitreous body were also removed.The retinal epithelium layer was kept.24 eyes were treated with transscleral cryotherapy and other 24 eyes pressed by cryoprobe without cryotherapy were as control group.MEM was added into the vitreous cavities and cultured.The contents of CTGF in vitreous fluid were detected by Sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Sandwich ELISA) after eyes were cultured with 12h,24h,36h and 48h. Results There was significant difference between the two groups.There was no difference among eyes in same group after treatment at different time. Conclusions Transscleral cryotherapy could increase the content of CTGP in vitreous liquid,which might be one of the factors leading to the proliferative vitreoretinopathy after operations of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.更多还原
