【摘要】 目的探讨虹膜根部断离修复术的时机和手术方法。方法回顾分析36例(36眼)眼外伤所致的虹膜根部部分断离在手术显微镜下行小切口分段拉出式缝合修复术的情况及其效果。结果36例(36眼)经修复术后,瞳孔恢复圆形,视力提高,单眼复视消失。结论适时进行分段小切口拉出式缝合修复术可以恢复圆形瞳孔和其生理功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the operation time and scheme of repair. Methods Iridodialysis repair was taken under microscope through small incision for 36 cases(36 eyes) with partial iridodialysis resulted from contusion. Results 36 cases(36 eyes) were full corrected with round pupil,visual improved. Conclusions Repair of partial iridodialysis is safe,effective surgery under microscope through small incision.更多还原
