首乌复方冲剂对ox-VLDL引起的动脉血管平滑肌细胞增殖的影响
Effect of Radix Polygoni Multiflori Compound Granules on the Proliferation of Bovine Aortic Vascular Smooth Musclls Induced by Oxidized VLDL
【摘要】 用氧化型极低密度脂蛋白(ox-VLDL)制备小牛主动脉平滑肌细胞(VSMC)增殖模型,探讨首乌复方冲剂对该模型的作用。用MTT法测定不同剂量未修饰极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)和ox-VLDL分别作用的VSMC,以及首乌复方冲剂处理的模型组的光密度值(A);用流式细胞仪测定对照组、模型组和用药组的细胞周期。VLDL和ox-VLDL作用下的VSMC与各自的对照组MTT的A值相比,(P<0.01);不同剂量用药组,除低剂量组外,其他3个剂量组与模型组的MTT的A值相比,分别为P<0.05、P<0.01、P<0.01。模型组与对照组相比,细胞分裂增殖指数明显增高;用药组与模型组相比,细胞分裂增殖指数降低。表明首乌复方冲剂能抑制ox-VLDL引起VSMC的增殖。
【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of Radix Polygoni multiflori compound granules on the proliferation of bovine aortic vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC) induced by ox-VLDL.Different dosages of VLDL and ox-VLDL were tested on VSMC,the Radix Polygoni multiflori compound granules was treated the model group and the VSMC proliferaton was measured by MTT method.The cell cycle of control group,the model group and treated group were all analyzed with the flow cytometer.The VSMC induced by VLDL and ox-VLDL was compared with each control group(P<0.01).Experiment showed that in the model group,the proliferation index of cell division increased;the treated group compared with the model group,the proliferation index of cell division was reduced.The results indicated that Radix Polygoni multiflori compound granules can inhibit the proliferation of VSMC stimulated by ox-VLDL.
