黄斑视网膜神经上皮层光学相干断层扫描增龄性研究

【摘要】 目的应用光学相干断层扫描(OCT)技术观察黄斑视网膜神经上皮层厚度的增龄性变化。方法选择经验光、眼底镜、荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)检查证实为正常眼的亚裔健康受试者67名67眼,分成3组:青年组、中年组及老年组,分别行OCT检测黄斑中心凹视网膜神经上皮层厚度变化。结果青年组中心凹中心神经上皮层平均厚度为(159±19)μm,中心凹颞侧、上方、鼻侧及下方依次为:(259±20)μm、(276±20)μm、(287±18)μm、(284±20)μm。与青年组及中年组相比,老年组的中心凹中心和边界区域神经上皮层平均厚度变薄明显(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论随着增龄,黄斑区视网膜神经上皮层厚度明显变薄,运用OCT了解活体黄斑区视网膜神经上皮层厚度年龄相关性改变有助于从新的角度探索视网膜组织的增龄性改变。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the age-related changes in neurosensory retinal thickness of the macula.Methods A total of 67 Asian subjects(comprising 67 eyes tested normal with optometry,fundoscopy and fluorescein fundus angiography [FFA]) were divided into three groups,namely the young,middle-aged and elder groups.The neurosensory retinal thickness in the center and at the edge of the fovea in these subjects was measured using optical coherence tomography(OCT).Results In young group,the neurosensory retinal thickness measured(159±19)μm in the center of fovea,and(259±20)μm,(276±20)μm,(287±18)μm and(284±20)μm,respectively,at the temporal,upper,nasal and lower parts of the fovea.In the middle-aged group,the neurosensory retinal thickness in the center showed statistical difference from that in the young group(P<0.05).As for the elder group,the neurosensory retinal thickness in the center and at the edge of fovea was significantly thinner compared with the young and middle-aged groups(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion Our results indicated that the neurosensory retinal thickness significantly gets thinner with aging.The use of OCT for measurement of neurosensory retinal thickness assists in studies of age-related retinal changes from a different perspective.
