【摘要】 针对医疗技术知识的特性,本文从知识转移渠道、联盟成员的自身特性、伙伴间的关系特性以及联盟环境的波动性等方面对医院联盟中医疗技术知识转移的影响因素进行了分析,建立了各影响因素和知识转移成功的关系模型。并在此基础上为医院间开展有效的合作提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics of medical knowledge, the factors affecting knowledge transfer success in hospital alliance are analyzed according to four aspects: the channel of knowledge transfer,the member’s attributes,the relation between partners and the dynamic environment of hospital alliance.A concept model on the relation between factors and knowledge transfer success is given.At last,some suggestions on how to carry an effective co-operation between hospitals are presented.更多还原
