氨化硝酸银染色对牙本质黏结试样黏结强度的影响
Effect of ammoniacal silver nitrate staining on the bond strength of dentin bonding specimens
【摘要】 目的:评价氨化硝酸银染色对正常及龋损牙本质黏结试样黏结强度的影响。方法:选择30个面龋离体磨牙,去除龋检液染色的龋损组织并磨平牙本质。将牙齿分成3组,分别应用黏结剂Contax(CT)、AdperPrompt(AP)及Prime&BondNT(NT),然后在其上制作复合树脂冠。24h后顺牙齿长轴分别从近远中向及颊舌向片切牙齿,制作截面为1mm2的条状试样,分为龋损牙本质组(CAD)和正常牙本质组(ND),分别浸泡氨化硝酸银(染色组)和浸水(对照组)后测定拉伸黏结强度。结果:染色组黏结强度(MPa)(ND/CAD):CT:28.87±7.76/27.20±6.71,AP:22.93±5.59/20.25±3.51,NT:20.08±3.70/17.99±2.87,对照组黏结强度(MPa)(ND/CAD):CT:27.63±7.31/26.36±8.62,AP:21.62±5.10/21.38±3.96,NT:20.79±3.11/19.02±3.72,各黏结剂染色组与相应的对照组黏结强度无显著差异。结论:硝酸银染色对龋损内层和正常牙本质黏结试样黏结强度无显著影响,龋损内层牙本质的早期黏结强度与正常牙本质无显著差异。
【Abstract】 AIM: To evaluate the effect of ammoniacal silver nitrate staining on the bond strengths of dentin bonding specimens. METHODS: 30 extracted human molars with coronal carious lesions invading mid-dentin were ground down until the carious dentin no longer stained with caries detector. The flat surfaces were bonded with either Contax(CT)、Adper Prompt(AP) or Prime&Bond NT(NT). A crown was built up using composite. After storage in water (37℃, 24 h), teeth were sectioned vertically into matchstick-shaped specimens through the bond interfaces to yield 1 mm2 test area. Specimens were immersed in water (water group) or ammoniacal silver nitrate (silver group) for 8 h, and then were tested in tension. RESULTS: Bond strengths (MPa) (ND/CAD) of silver group: CT: 28.87±7.76/27.20±6.71, AP:22.93±5.59/20.25±3.51, NT:20.08±3.70/17.99±2.87, water group (MPa)(ND/CAD): CT: 27.63±7.31/26.36±8.62, AP:21.62±5.10/21.38±3.96, NT:20.79±3.11/19.02±3.72, No significant differences (P>0.05) in bond strengths were found between water and ammoniacal silver nitrate storage groups in three adhesives. CONCLUSION : Ammoniacal silver nitrate staining has no effect on the bond strength of dentin bonding specimens.
