【摘要】 目的:观察局部应用中药固齿缓释剂治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:采用同一口腔内病情相同牙齿的自身对照设计,基础治疗辅助局部应用中药固齿缓释剂治疗慢性牙周炎病人30例30个牙,并以同一病人单纯基础治疗的另一牙作为对照组,观察两组用药前后各阶段各项临床指标的变化。结果:经统计学处理,实验组与对照组用药前(基线)各临床指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05),用药后较基线时均有显著性改善(P<0.01),且实验组改善明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:中药固齿缓释剂可以有效控制牙周炎引起的各种临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To evaluate the clinical effects of scaling and root planning combined with application of Gu Chi local slow-release delivery agent in chronic periodontitis.METHODS: Thirty patients with chronic periodontitis with a total of sixty teeth were included in the study.For each patient after scaling and root planning,the teeth on one side were assigned as the test group and treated with Gu Chi local slow-release delivery agent in the pocket once a week for four weeks.Tthe teeth on the other side were assigned as the control group.All the clinical parameters were recorded at the baseline,the 1st week,2nd week,3rd week and 4th week after the treatment.RESULTS: At the baseline,there was no difference in the clinical parameters between the test group and the control group(P>0.05).A statistically significant improvement of all clinical parameters was observed in both groups(P<0.01),and all clinical parameters of the test group were better than those of the control group,their differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).CONCLUSION: Gu Chi local slow-release delivery agent can effectively control the symptoms of periodontitis.更多还原
