【Abstract】 China is a founding member of the International Labour Organization.In the period of Republic of China(1912-1949),Chinese government sent representatives to take part in the various International Labour Conference except the second International Labour Conference.The Conventions and Recommendations that ILO adopted or advanced on international labour as well as social security,afforded the government of Republic of China the reference international criterion on the labour security legislation,along with impulsing the course of labour security legislation in China.更多还原
