三维重构仿真平台
3D Reconstruction Simulation Flat
【摘要】 基于运用Radon理论的三维重构,建立了三维重构软件仿真平台.该平台采用VC++和MATLAB混合编程,可以生成多种样品模型及其不同倾斜角度条件下的投影像、计算对应不同样品倾斜范围的系列投影像的重构图像以及显示投影像和三维结构的表面及断层图像.实验结果表明:该系统具有精度高、运行时间短、使用方便等优点,能够运用且目前已成功地应用于电子显微术三维重构的研究中.
【Abstract】 A 3D reconstruction simulation flat is created,which is based on Radon theory,for 3D reconstruction investigation.The system can generate many kinds of specimen models and their projections at different tilt angles,compute the 3D reconstruction from the series of projections at different tilt ranges and display 2D projections and 3D reconstruction results in both surface and tomography rendering.Both the computer language VC++ and Matlab have been used in program.The system has a good precision for the 3D reconstruction,a short time for running and a facility for use.It is competent and has worked well in our investigation of 3D reconstruction of the electron microscopy.
