复合材料液态浸渗挤压过程中关键问题的处理
Key Points in Liquid Infiltration Extrusion of Composites
【摘要】 根据复合材料Al2O3sf/2A12液态浸渗挤压工艺的特点,探讨了挤压模拟过程中的几个关键问题,并介绍了在软件AutoForge中的处理方法.模拟结果与试验结果相吻合,从而证实了关键问题处理的可行性和准确性,并为该工艺的参数优化和实际应用提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 According to the feature of liquid infiltration-extrusion technology for Al2O3sf/2A12,key points in extrusion process are studied and processing methods in AutoForge are introduced.The simulation results conform to the test ones, which verifies the feasibility and accuracy of methods for the key points,and provide theoretic basis for the parameter optimization and the application of the process.
