【Abstract】 In Polanyi’s opinion,there is a kind of tacit knowledge out of the western tradition built by Plato which"can be sensed but not expressed in words".Because of its individuality,tacitness and vocation,knowledge of Chinese Medicine is mostly Polanyi’s standard of tacit knowledge."Medicine is Yi and Yi is Medicine",the aura of Chinese Medicine just lies on its tacitness.This determine that Chinese Medicine must have its own strategy on IPR,communication and HR.更多还原
