【摘要】 目的:研究蛇葡萄根软膏抗炎、镇痛的药效学。方法:抗炎实验采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法,镇痛实验采用小鼠热板法和扭体法。结果:蛇葡萄根软膏对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显的抑制作用,与赋形剂组比较差异极显著(P<0.01),与阿昔洛韦组比较差异显著(P<0.05);热板法镇痛与赋形剂组相比,镇痛效果显著(P<0.01),对于醋酸所致的扭体反应次数明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:蛇葡萄根软膏有一定的镇痛、抗炎作用,具有深入研究价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect of Ampelopsis sinica ointment. Methods:Theexperiment were carried out in model mice. The inflammation model were induced by ear swelling caused by dimethylbenzene.The pain model were developed with hot-plate procedure and wring body caused by acetic acid. Results:The difference ofeffect between Ampelopsis sinica ointment group and the control group were extreme significant (P<0.01) in anti-inflammationtest, while in mice hot-plate test and wring body test, the difference were also significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: The anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects of Ampelopsis sinica ointment were promising and valuable to be studied further.更多还原
