克服麝香百合受精前后障碍方法的初步研究
A Preliminary Study on the Methods of Prevention Pre-Crossing and Post-crossing Barriers of Lilium Longiflorum
【摘要】 分别采用重复授粉和切割花柱授粉两种方法克服麝香百合(Snow Queen)的受精前障碍;心皮培养,子房横切片培养,胚培养三种方法克服其受精后障碍。研究表明:切割花柱授粉和胚培养是克服其受精前、后障碍较为有效的方法。
【Abstract】 Pre-crossing barriers of lilium longiflorum(Snow Queen) was prevented by the methods of cut-style pollination or reduplicate pollination.Carpel culture,ovary slice culture and embryo culture were used to prevent post-crossing barriers.We compare the different methods and the results showed that pre-crossing and post-crossing barriers were prevented by the methods of cut-style pollination and embryo culture respectively.
