【摘要】 株冶在纪念建厂50周年之际,根据循环经济原则,制定宏伟的改造规划。通过引进先进的直接冶炼技术,对现有工艺进行更新换代改造,使铅、锌两个系统产生的渣料、烟灰、烟气在两个系统之间形成良性循环,实现铅锌资源互为利用、铅锌工艺联动,使资源的综合回收利用率由目前的72%提高到82%以上,步入世界先进水平,成为一个真正的具有时代意义的绿色环保冶金企业。更多还原

【Abstract】 Focusing on the topics of resource and environment,it analyses and contrasts the smelting method of Zhuzhou Smelter Group Co.,Ltd and the advanced smelting methods of other plants at home and abroad in the same line.Focusing on the effectively using of leaching residue and kiln residue,it brings forward the basic idea of its circular economy:using oxygen enrichment direct lead smelting technology(KIVCET/SKS)and oxygen enrichment direct leaching technology(atmospheric pressure/high pressure)to update its present process in order to achieve its development target of increasing resource utility ratio,reducing environment outfall and building green and pollution-free lead-zinc smelting enterprise.更多还原
