FeC内电解处理渗滤液尾水研究

【摘要】 根据FeC对难降解物质具有一定的还原作用,并对部分物质具有去除COD的功效,应用FeC内电解技术对经矿化垃圾生物反应床处理后渗滤液尾水进行深度处理研究,通过FeC比例、pH条件、反应时间等不同因素的小型试验确定其适宜条件,并通过L9(34)正交试验,确定如下最佳条件,反应时间5h,pH为6,FeC比例为4:1,此时出水COD能降低约100 mg/L,而对氨氮其作用不大,甚至有增加的趋势,FeC内电解反应后出水的pH值和电导率具有一定的增加趋势。

【Abstract】 Based on the fact that FeC can reduce undegradative substances to a certain extent and is able to remove COD from some substances,the paper makes a study on advanced treatment of the leachate tail water subject to treatment by aged refuse bio-reaction bed using FeC inner electrolysis technology.Apt conditions are determined by small scale tests regarding such different factors as Fe:C ratio,pH level and retention time.L9(34) orthogonal experiments are also carried out to define optimal conditions as follows: retention time=5h,pH=6,and Fe:C=4:1,at this time,about 100 mg/L COD for effluent water can be decreased,but the ammonia nitrogen is slightly impacted,and even shows a rising tendency.pH value and conductivity of the effluent water after FeC inner electrolysis reaction have a rising tendency as well.
