含锌危险废物的碱法浸出研究
Research on Alkaline Leaching of Hazardous Waste Bearing Zn
【摘要】 简述了针对含锌废渣综合利用工艺的现状和不足,提出含锌废渣碱法浸出的新方法,试验得到了较佳工艺:当氢氧化钠浓度为6mol/L、温度为90℃、浸出液固比为10:1时,锌浸出率达91.5%;浸出液体经过净化处理后电沉积可达到《锌粉(GB/T 6890-2000)》一级标准的锌粉,浸出渣中有害元素均低于浸出毒性鉴别标准值(GB5085.3-1996),可作为一般废渣处理,为含锌危险废物的综合利用和处理提供了有效途径。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the present state and shortages of multipurpose utilization of hazardous waste bearing Zn are outlined,and a new method for alkaline leaching of hazardous waste bearing Zn is put forward.A preferable process has been acquired through test: when concentration of NaOH is 6mol/ L,at temperature of 90℃ and ratio of leaching liquid to leaching solid is 10∶1,the leaching rate of Zn obtained is up to 91.5 %;after the leaching solution is purified and then subject to electrowinning,Zn powder in Grade-1 of the Chinese national standard 《Zn Powder(GB/T 6890-2000)》 is obtained.All harmful elements in the leaching residues are under the leaching toxicity identification normal value(GB5085.3-1996),thus are able to be disposed as ordinary waste,which provides an effective approach for multipurpose utilization and disposal of hazardous waste bearing Zn.
