GCG型干式电磁感应辊强磁选机在高纯石英砂生产中的应用

【摘要】 GCG型干式电磁感应辊式强磁选机对于非金属矿物的提纯有显著效果。对于高纯石英砂的除铁提纯,在磁场强度2.2T情况下可使Fe2O3含量从0.0020%降至0.0002%以下。该机采用电磁激磁和自然风冷方式,具有磁场调节范围大、性能稳定、节能环保等优点,可以分离出比磁化系数在1.9×10-7至7.5×10-6m3/kg范围内的多种矿物。

【Abstract】 GCG-type dry induced roller high-intensity electromagnetic separators have distinct effect on purifying the non-magnetic minerals.In the industry application of purifying high grade quartz sand,the content of Fe2O3 can be reduced from 0.0020% to 0.0002% when the magnetizing induction intensity is 2.2T.This type magnetic separators adopt magnet coils and naturally cooling,which have the advantages of wide range of adjustment,work reliability,energy-saving and environmental protection.It can be used to separate the minerals with the specific susceptibility between 1.9×10-7 and 7.5×10-6m3/kg from the non-magnetic minerals.
