高强高导电极材料铜铬锆合金新工艺研究
New Technology Studying for Chromium-Zirconium-Copper of High Strength and Conductivity Electrode Material
【摘要】 主要记述了当前铜铬锆合金材料的生产技术水平和产品要求,生产工艺试验研究与制定,铜-铬-锆合金棒材新工艺开发生产过程。通过对铜-铬-锆合金新工艺的试验及结果分析,制定出一套切实可行的产业化生产方法。
【Abstract】 Cr-Zr-Cu(C18150) alloy has the character of high strength and conductivity,which is mainly used in manufacturing automatically welder electrode and the bar of induction squirrel-cage motor which need high strength and conductivity under hegh temperature.C18150 is the alloy number of Anerican Society for Testing and Materials.At present,there isn’t the kind alloy number in our country.The manufacturing technique of C18150is very complicated and falls behind abroad,so the production cost is higher and we haven’t come into being the ability of mass production and export at home.
