【Abstract】 The establishment of academic freedom system has rooted from individual and social contradiction inherent in the knowledge production process.The individual character of knowledge production has laid legitimacy of academic freedom;the social one has decided the configuration of academic freedom.In fact,the development history of academic freedom is the course that its legitimacy has been first recognized and then confirmed as a kind of social law.The mutual function of national interest and the social value of knowledge have decided the possible limit of academic freedom.更多还原
