纳米TiO2表面酰胺化甲基丙烯酸甲酯的反应研究
Study on the amidation of methyl methacrylate on the nano-TiO2 surface
【摘要】 用表面接枝法在纳米TiO2上接枝偶联剂KH-550,通过酰胺化反应引入甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体,再用自由基聚合反应进行包覆,并通过TEM、FTIR等测试手段表征粉体有机包覆层的形貌和化学组成,用DSC和TGA等测试方法研究了反应条件对复合粒子结构和性能的影响.为了得到较高的接枝率,用两种不同用量的偶联剂对纳米TiO2进行预处理,复合粒子的接枝率随着偶联剂用量的增大而提高,且接枝量和单体的酰胺化率随着NaOH滴加时间的延长和单体用量的增大而提高,包覆粒子的接枝率和单体转化率随着引发剂和单体用量的增大而提高.
【Abstract】 The surface grafting process was used to graft coupling agent KH-550 on nm TiO2,then introduce methyl methacrylate monomer through the amidation reaction and finally form a coating by free radical polymerization.The morphology and chem.compn.-structure of the org.coating on the particles were characterized by the tests such as TEM and FTIR,and the influence of the reaction conditions on the structure and performance of the composed particles was researched with the methods of DSC and TGA.Coupling agent in 2 different concns.was used to pre-treat the nm TiO2 in order to raise the grafting ratio.It was found that the grafting ratio of the composed particles was increased with coupling agent concn.,the grafting amt.and monomer amidation ratio increased were increased with prolonging the NaOH dropping time and raising the monomer concn.,and the grafting ratio of the coated particles and the monomer transition were increased with increasing the initiator concn.and monomer concn.
