【摘要】 论述和谐林业强调人与自然的和谐统一,是传统文化中的生态智慧在当代林业中的应用与光大。为适应和谐林业发展要求,实现森林资源的可持续发展,针对目前森林资源管理体制不利于调动当地社区农民的积极性现状,为有效平衡森林资源管理主体与参与主体的利益关系,提出了建立森林资源的社区管理模式,认为森林周边的社区群众是能够实施对森林的有效保护行为,促进以环境为友的经济发展活动,从而实现“和谐林业”“人地共荣”的发展目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Discussing on harmonious forestry which emphasizes on the harmonious unity of human and nature. To be adaptive to the developmental requirements of harmonious forestry and make the sustainable development of forest resources come true, and to balance the beneficial relationship between the main body of management and participation effectively, this paper proposed to establish a community management pattern on forest resources, which based on the present conditions in the forest resources management those are disadvantageous to stimulate the enthusiasm of the peasants who lived around the forest resources. This new pattern deems that the community peasants can be the mainstay of protecting the resources, and advocates the economic and developmental activities with the theme of “be friends of environment”, to achieve the developmental goal of “harmonious forestry”and “co-prosperity of human and nature”.更多还原
