基于BP神经网络的航空发动机整机振动故障诊断技术研究
Research on fault diagnosis technology of whole body vibration of aero-engine based on BP neural network
【摘要】 本文提出了一种基于BP神经网络的航空发动机整机振动故障诊断方法,详细阐述了该方法的数学原理及其实现算法,并利用某型航空发动机整机振动数据作为数据样本,建立了基于人工神经网络的发动机故障诊断模型。应用MATLAB语言编程计算,结果表明,该方法具有学习速度快、噪声抑制力强等特点,而且诊断准确,大大降低了虚警率,对于航空发动机的整机振动故障诊断研究有重要意义。
【Abstract】 An whole body vibration of aero-engine fault diagnosis method based on BP NN is put forward,and the mathematic principles and arithmetic are also expounded in this paper.Furthermore,using the whole body vibration data of a certain aero-engine as the sample data,a fault diagnosis model of the aero-engine is built up based on ANN.MATLAB is applied to calculate the model in this paper.The results indicate that the method possesses not only have fast learning speed,strong noise control ability and so on,but also have precise diagnosis effects and low false alarm rate,and it is in great significance for the studies on whole body vibration of aero-engine fault diagnosis.
