【摘要】 本文以东风8B型内燃机车蓄电池为对象,设计了一种检测蓄电池的电压、温度和分析容量的系统,实现对蓄电池组中单节蓄电池电压和温度的在线检测,通过数据转储地面分析,给出预警报告。本系统由3部分组成:蓄电池数据采集模块、数据分析转储模块和地面数据分析软件模块。与以往蓄电池在线检测方法相比,本系统用上位机分析处理数据,减少了下位机处理数据的工作量,数据处理和分析能力强,在线检测实时性强;并通过统计算法对转储来的数据预测,估算单节蓄电池的容量和不良状态,给出预警信息等分析报告,对机车蓄电池的检修维护提供作业指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper designed a system composed of a testing instrument and an analysis soft on the ground for batteries carried on Dong Feng 8B locomotive.It tested the voltage and temperature of batteries on-line,analyzed data on ground,put out testing report,and offered advanced warning.There were three modules in this system,collection module,transmit-save module and on-ground analyzing soft module.Compared with conventional testing method,it saves troubles by reducing workload on the spot just delivering them to upper controller,which offers people more detail information of ill batteries which needed maintained and changed in time.更多还原
